Achievements:

• Improve conditions for refugees (North Koreans were repatriated to the DPRK and troop levels were reduced on Chinese-DPRK border)
• Increase humanitarian access to DPRK (Food donations were made to the World Food Program by the EU, Russia and Japan)
• Facilitate communication between UN member-states and DPRK (Completed through six-party talks and Security Council meetings)
• Coordinate negotation of agreements (signed three UN resolutions)
• Must be included in all treaties (only multilateral treaties)
• Sign a treaty with the DPRK faction recognized by 4 out of 6 other actors (Passed UN Resolution 1331 on power sharing government)
