China DPRK - DL Joint Statement

1) China officially recognizes the Dear Leader as the legitimate controlling power in North Korea.
2) China pledges $2 billion dollars in humanitarian aid to DPRK-DL in return for mobilization of North Korean troops on northern border of DPRK in order to stem the flow of Korean refugees into China.
3) China opposes any foreign aggression against DPRK-DL and supports the DPRK-DL's actions in defending its sovereignty.
