US and DPRK BC faction have agreed to shipments for 100% of all DPRK HEU for shipment and reprocessing in the United States. As part of an agreement, we're shipping back the lower grade uranium. US disappointed in IAEA refusal to inspect shipped nuclear material.
Until success of UN resolution regarding China's affairs on the North Korean border, the US is increasing its naval presence in the Sea of Japan to prevent any foreign involvement in North Korea.
US has agreed to send nuclear inspectors to Russia on a joint partnership mission in Vladavostack
US will be observing bilateral talks between DPRK and ROK regarding denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula.
