Pyongyang - Russia, who has come into the DRPK to help resolve the hostage situation, has jointly announced, with the Fair Father, that the 20 naval Japanese hostages will be released back to Japan via Russia. Talks between Russia, EU, Japan and DPRK DL have yielded great results.
On a completely unrelated note, the EU is giving $1 Billion in aid to DPRK DL.
