Moscow - Russian Federation has signed an agreement with the U.S. allowing U.S. nuclear inspectors to be based in Vladivostok before any nuclear inspections take place in the DPRK.
Russian Federation has also signed an agreement with the PRC, which condemns any aggressive action by any foreign government in the internal affairs of the DPRK.
Lastly, Russian Federation continues to participate in UN Six Party Talks and all requisite activities by the UN.
