china supports the unity government proposal that states as follows:
- political sharing of power btwn BC and DL
- sharing of conventional military power of BC and DL
- immediate steps of denuclearization to be headed by Russia and China
- and 5 billion dollars to DL!!! everybody's a winner!!!
