U.S. Statement-Round 4

Given the successful shipment of DPRK HEU, and as a show of new partnership toward de-nuclearization of the Korean Peninsula, the U.S. recongizes the faction of Brother Comrade. This is in joint recognition with South Korea.

We fully support our partnership with Russia to secure the release of Japanese hostages.
