After rigorous negotiations with the Brilliant Comrade Faction, Japan secured the release of all remaining Japanese hostages from decades long since past. In exchange for the Brilliant Comrade's faction commitment to peace and harmony, Japan has decided to recognize as the only legitimate government of the DPRK. Japan looks forward to working, together with its international partners including the United States and the Republic of Korea, towards full normalization of relations with the DPRK. To celebrate the return of the Japanese citizens, there will be a three-day military parade in Tokyo followed by a Peace Festival with Nelson Mandela, Bono, and the Wu-Tang Clan. Snoop Dogg will also be in attendance.
Japan also looks forward to the resumption of six-party talks and urges calm on all sides of this sensitive international issue.
