Russia Federation has:
increased its military presence, including an MVD brigade, on its border with the DPRK;
signed an agreement with the DL and pledged $1.5B in humanitarian aid, including food, wheat, and oil to the DPRK;
signed an agreement with the UN and pledged $500M to support aid for refugees and displaced persons within the DPRK; and
resolved the hostage situation between Japan and the DPRK peacefully.
