Moscow - Russia Federation has announced that a high-level diplomatic mission has been dispatched to North Korea to negotiate for the release of the Japanese captives. Along with China, we will work with the DL faction to bring a peaceful resolution to this ongoing situation.
Separately, Russia Federation also pledges $1.5B in humanitarian aid, including food, wheat, and oil to the DPRK.
Additionally, Russia Federation and the EU support the convening of the UN Security Council to mediate the two factions with the DPRK and other humanitarian/refugee issues.
